PROSYST's
approach is based on the use of the SIMAC simulator,
in daily use in many design studios for finalising and
validating control programs.
The
simulator reproduces the behaviour of the "operational
element" in an automated installation. By connecting
it to the control system employed on the site, you get
a platform that mimics the automatic system's actual
behaviour precisely.
The
operators therefore run, on a simulation platform, a virtual
machine or an installation that mimics reality precisely
just like pilots testing their skills on a flight simulator.
